The client wanted a logo and color palette that strayed away from the traditional lawyer image. His ask was for a bold and abstract logo containing the client’s initials with a crisp color scheme.

The client’s goal was to create a logo that was fresh and bold and representative of three energy sources: wind, solar, and biomass. The resulting mark is colorful, youthful, and scalable.

For the last 16 years KidWind has been focused on helping educators and students explore renewable energy through teacher training, curricula and materials, and the KidWind Challenge. This year’s National challenge is entirely virtual. During this challenge, student teams will design, construct and test small scale wind turbines and solar structures.

Based in Silver Spring, MD, this women-owned business hired me to design the first edition of their canned beers. Together, we made a clean, colorful, and quirky set of cans and apparel. Following a full rebrand done by an external agency, I produced social graphics in line with the brewery's updated look.

Cvent CONNECT brings event planners, group business professionals, and Cvent experts together for a week of inspired learning and networking. The branding I art directed and designed for 2017's event used colorful, multi-dimensional, tangram shapes that are as "powerful" and "playful" as our event's mix of data and networking. Shown further down the page, you can see the evolution from 2016's more fluid graphics. For these events, I was also responsible for managing the production of signage and all cross-channel social media assets.

I led the design efforts for this annual pediatric cancer fundraising event in Los Angeles, supported by an organization called Lights Camera Cure. This work includes a mix of social and web graphics, posters, and sponsorship items.

Infusing live events with technology bridges the divide between digital and in-person channels. When designing this multi-touch campaign, the goal was to stay true to Cvent's corporate professionalism while amping up the color scheme and supporting graphics. I directed a team of contractors responsible for creating an interactive ebook, and then created its digital promotional assets.

Based out of Tysons Corner, VA, Cvent is a leader in event management technology; we try to make the lives of event planners and group business professionals easier and more integrated. The following is a collection of client facing and internal projects.

This is an event branding project for Denizens Brewing Company's annual Wild Beer Fest. It uses manipulated typeface characters to create funky typography with a retro vibe.

Inside Publications produces niche sports titles, including Inside Dance Magazine. Taking the role of Lead Designer, I was responsible for the designing each edition from cover to cover. This included setting the style for front of book pages, as well as the feature articles.

At Cvent, I produced a wide variety of social media graphics and content, supporting product marketing teams, recruiting, and corporate communications teams.
